A preparatory meeting for the upcoming 10th and 12th class exams has been held at Nabarangpur District Education and Training Institute Assembly Hall. District Security Officer Shri Madakar Sandeep Sampad attended the meeting under the chairmanship of District Collector Dr. Maheshwar Swamyun. The program was organized under the chairmanship of Nabarangpur District Education Officer Mr. Chhatrapati Sahu. The center director, nodal center director and group teachers of all the blocks participated in the meeting. Mr. Sahu informed that 18020 regular, 48 ex-regular and 564 students of class 10th and 8625 students of class 12th have filled the form to take the exam in the district. Dr. Swayan advised to conduct the exam without errors and advised to ensure that mobiles and other electronic devices are not allowed in the examination center. Superintendent of Police Mr. Madkar Sandeep Sampad informed that all assistance will be provided by the police administration at the nodal center and examination center. The security officer said that the movement of any outsiders near the examination center should be carefully monitored. Additional District Education Officer Shri Prakash Chandra gave information about the regulations issued by the board for conducting local examinations. Mr. Anil Kumar Mishra, Chairman of Umerkot College informed about the duties of the officials. Additional District Education Officer Mrs. Supriya Naik asked to look after the security of the question paper. Chairman of District Education and Training Institute Dr. Okar Patnaik expressed his vote of thanks. District Science Supervisor Shri Chittaranjan Patnaik conducted the program.
